Veterinary Summer Camps in Hartford
Does your child dream of becoming a veterinarian or working with animals? At Club SciKidz Hartford, our Veterinary Summer Camps give aspiring animal lovers an exciting, hands-on experience exploring the world of animal science, medicine, and care.
Emergency Vet and Jr. Veterinary Medicine Camps
In our Jr. Veterinary Medicine camp, designed for 1st–3rd graders, campers learn the basics of animal care, pet health, and veterinary tools through interactive activities. They’ll explore how veterinarians examine, diagnose, and care for pets and wildlife.
For older campers in Emergency Vet (4th–7th grade), we dive deeper into veterinary medicine topics such as animal anatomy, surgical techniques (on models), disease prevention, and even dissection labs. Campers will gain a realistic understanding of what it takes to care for animals of all shapes and sizes.
Inspire Your Future Veterinarian
Our veterinary camps offer a unique opportunity for kids to learn, create, and explore careers in animal science in a safe and engaging setting. With hands-on labs, role-playing, and expert instruction, your child will leave camp with new skills and a deeper appreciation for animal care.
